If all the lines are busy you can e-mail Microcrock at microcrock@mail.com but we get so many e-mail about problems, you probaly will not get a responce. So you best bet, if you have a problem with a Microcrock Product is to return it to the store that you got it and buy another company's product. This is always a flawless way to be sure you product will work.
